Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to make a deposit?
For starting to work together, yes. This is a 50% down payment. When I have received this amount I will start the assignment. At the end of our collaboration you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%. As soon as you have paid this you will receive all your necessary files.
How long does a branding process take?
In general, a branding trajectory takes about 1 to 2 months. This depends on the package you choose and also on the extent of our communication. For example, after each delivery we plan a short moment for a video call so that I can give my vision on the designs made and you can further explain your feedback.
I have clients which we finished in less than one month, others we took 3 months,
it really depends.
do you deliver printed assets?
As we have clients all over the world, it would be nearly impossible to provide a high quality printed asset of the designs we have worked together. Usually, in the printing stage I help my clients choosing the right paper, printer and sometimes, if necessary, I can enter in contact with the Printer Shop to help.
